The ink comes out smooth and doesn't smear and isn't gloppy. The stylus work well to. Im very happy with this product and will be ordering more!

The pen writes well. The process for ordering could have been clearer when it came to creating the design. We would have preferred to get a mock up of what it would have looked like on the pen. We would have added some additional things.

We like it but you sent us pens with wrong telephone number. We took pictures and sent them to you. You assured us we would receive another order free, since it was your mistake. Thus far no pens.

Poor quality, some arrived bent (curved in a C shape). Have yet to receive the credit back on the damaged pens. Would not order this type of pen again. Have always had good quality with other pens I ordered.
