I was on a time crunch when ordering these notebooks for my work's Annual conference, so the most important thing was arrival date. I called customer service to get assistance with shipping info and was able to place my order over the phone for a better rate than what I found online. Customer service was incredible - explained the process to me as well as arrival info. We were able to get a proof reviewed in 24 hours and the product arrived on time. My only small issue is with the quality - though the notebooks were individually wrapped in tissue paper, many of them show scuffs/marks.
