We had multiple pens arrive broken or in pieces. Pens have been cracking with normal use.

Thank you for your feedback. Customers' feedback is very important to us, as this is a great way to let us know how we're doing and also be better able to improve our product.
Very disappointed in last delivery of pens. There were at least 40 pens that unassembled and most of the rest needed to be tightened. The quality is ok, they write. We will probably shop other pen makers in the future.

The pens that came fully put together work fine, but out of the 1000 pens ordered I’d say 100 of them are in pieces sitting at the bottoms of the box.

Product is fine, writes well. The printing could be better. Normally the printing quality is not an issue but this one time could be clearer.

Our name erased off the pen and several were broke with ink part pulled out of pen.

I didn't get them in time now I will be stuck with 200 pens. I guess I'll be doing a lot of writing.

Our logo is bleeding into itself a bit. This could have been fixed by use providing a different sized logo if we were asked by production.

They break super easy. Half came apart when arrived.

Some pens in box were broken, probably from shipping but that was the only downfall other than that great pens for the price.
