Not happy with the way the lettering came out on the word "Beautification". The proof looked great, but the actual printing not so much.

The ball point was fine. What ruined the product was the printing. It was blurry, looked like the ink ran. Just terrible. The picture reflects last 3 shipments with the one in white being the absolute worst. We have written to the sales person several weeks ago and we are yet to receive an answer.

Frustrated that there are multiple pens that are barely together and as you are getting them out of the box they fall apart. You are not able to put them all back together again because you may not be able to find all the pieces.

A good portion on the pens can in pieces. The caps have fallen off, the actual ink cartridge has have fallen out. It gets worse the deeper you dig into the box. It's unacceptable that they were even shipped this way. Complete junk and lack of quality control on the part of Pens.com.

Nice pens, logo design looks good on them, hopefully the price doesn’t go up.

Some of the pens were illegible and some came broken. The package was intact. We are very dissatisifed with this product.

These pens definitely met our needs. The clarity of the inscription is very good. Aside from a few pens which must have opened during shipping and had to be tossed, the others are perfect! It is due to our satisfaction that PENS has been noted as our contact for future purchases. I should also note the 500 pens were processed and delivered in a very short period of time.

The pens were exactly like they were pictured and write well. We wanted blue ink, but settled for black ink due to supply issues. The image printed on it was clear and was exactly what we ordered without typos.
