Agreed timelines were not met despite the order being clearly communicated as a rush. The products had a custom printed date, making them unusable when they arrived after the event. We had to follow up before being informed they could not meet the deadline, and we were also told late in the process that the complimentary pens ordered were out of stock. Overall, this caused significant disruption to our event.
