Fonts on the pen were too small to read although there was enough space for the bigger font...

These pens have been a great marketing tool for me! I had a few questions pre-production and the company answered immediately and assured me that their designers would ensure that my design fit perfectly on the pen. My clients have all commented "wow, this is a really nice pen... thank you." Just as, if not more, effective than a business card. Basically, this is a business card you can use on a daily basis. I will definitely be ordering again. Probably sooner than later because these pens are being given out like "hot cakes!"

It was late and I was not able to use for a promotion. I call before ordering and was told it would be delivered in time. That did not happen. Y’all are not the same company that you once were.

The pens are nice but the added charges for setup and the high shipping and handling charges were unexpected and misleading. I would think twice about ordering again.
