My customers look forward to their pens every year. They are the only pens they will use. Great designs to choose from, bright colors and printing is well positioned on the pen. Customers like the thick gripper for their hands. No fumbling to hold onto the pen!!!!!

It took over 2 months from date of order to receive the product. I order once a year from you and have NEVER waited that long

Took THREE MONTHS for my order to arrive when website and FB ads say 2 weeks. Been using pens.com for years. This was terrible service.

Repeat customer, unfortunately this is most likely the last time. Multiple issues from start to finish. The company did reach out after my 1st review and offered a discount which was very nice. Order was for 100 custom pens which were distributed at a ladies weekend. Several pens did not write, not sure what the problem was. Based on price point, do not think the product was worth the cost.

I love the pen's ease of writing and my clients love the fatter pen style. I was not given the choice of color for my company information (I would have preferred green for money). I did request black ink and received blue ink, but this error is not important enough for me to return the pens.
