Not happy with customer service process. The pens are incorrect. My partners cannot use them. So this has not been the experience I was looking for.

I don't know what I was expecting at $.33 each. They feel cheap compared to previous orders. The metal pens are better without doubt.

Good writing pen and is a nice tribute to my father. I am changing my thoughts on the quality of this product! I bought these to be given to guests for my father's upcoming Celebration of Life service in April. I began using one and within ONE day, the imprint is coming off. HOW INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING!!!
