The pens were delivered with lots of scratches. The paint easily chips off, which made them unacceptable to give to our clientele. Pens.com did make it right by refunding me very quickly, which I appreciated.

I've been using hese pens for several years. They are cost effective, and they are good pens. I even have customers ask for them when theirs run out of ink. I like them much better than other pens I have gotten as promos.

The pens are great, but the barrel has nicks in them that are causing the barrel color to come off.

i HAVE RATED THIS PEN SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE BUT HERE GOES AGAIN, THIS PEN IS JUNK! I ORDERED BEFORE AND GOT A PRETTY GOOD PEN, ON THIS ORDER THE PENS ARE NOT GOOD, THEY DON'T WRITE GOOD, THE HOLDERS FALLOFF, HALF OF THE PENS ONLY WORK ONCE AND THEN ARE OUT OF INK? These pens are great. Exactly what I wanted. They were easy to design and order. I was disappointed at the shipping cost of $25. But for $5 more they came quickly.

The pen itself is a good pen and writes nicely, the graphics are sloppy, some are crooked many were scratched. They are working with me and hopefully will make it right. I need to send them more pictures. We’ll see.
