When I opened the box of 500 pens they were covered in a layer of dust/shaving particles. The logo that we had printed on the pens is partially scratched off on most of the items. There is clearly no quality control at the facility used to manufacture these products.

Excellent product! Smooth writing and good grip. We used them as memorial gifts with a quote from the lost family mbr to serve as a reminder and to help heal each person that writes with one. Thank you!

My only complaint is the 1/3 of my pens arrived without the swirl & clip at the top that allows me to attach an invoice, business card & receipt all together. I don't think that many should arrive faulty. I will try to use you again at some point.
