First off. The jackets are great. Stitching/logo everything. The problem was i ordered two of them on Dec 7. The website said ships within 6 days. On Dec 13th i get an email say my order is processing. I Logged on and they still were showing “in production “ and I noticed the website was now saying items ordered will ship in 14 days. Ok. It’s Christmas. I get it. On Dec 19 i get an email saying my order shipped but only showed one. I log back in and sure enough the other coat still says processing. The first coat arrives and it looks great but the other coat still shows no progress. Finally on Christmas eve with still no change or communication i call. The lady i spoke to offered no help. She looked up my account and confirmed that the second coat was still showing in production but was scheduled to arrive on the 26th. I said “so your telling me its Christmas eve and the coat isn’t finished. Hasn’t shipped and tomorrow is Christmas but i am going to get it on the 26th”. She said yes ma'am thats what the computer days. I said thats not even possible And I asked why they were not shipped together and why one was so far behind the other and she said she had no idea why but the computer showed i would have the second one on the 26th. Well thank goodness she has that computer. Finally the second coat arrived on January 2nd.
