Most pens were loose or completely fallen apart. There seemed to be little to no quality control for this order as many pens were broken also. Approximately 10% of the 500 pens I ordered were not put together correctly or arrived broken.

I would not purchase again. Approximately 10-15% of the pens were coming apart. The ink reservoir is cheap and tiny. Disappointing compared to previously purchased (more expensive) pens. Pens have gotten a lot more expensive in the last 10-12 months and this step-down in price point was very disappointing. Customer service was helpful though, and they offered a partial refund.

Pens look exactly as advertised, however some of the pens are not straight. They still all write just a little odd to write with.

More than 50% of our order came broken or disassembled. The logo we had printed was not complete and was missing details that are crucial to our design. Later to learn that they are unable to do the intricacy of the print, yet in our proofing emails the entire design was shown.
