Very good product. Some of the pens arrived incomplete or disarmed. But the ones that arrived in good conditions are beautiful and excellent quality overall.

The company reached out to improve our logo prior to printing. The pens turned out beautiful. Some of them were unscrewed when we received them but that was an easy fix.

A dozen or more falling apart, others are fine

Print quality was great. I had an issue with my first order on the quality of the assembly of the pens but they were very helpful and corrected the issue at no charge.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the condition these pens arrived. A large number of them had come apart in several pieces and it took a long time to sort through and reassemble all of them. I reached out to one of your representatives by email before I wrote this review to give your company the opportunity to respond, but never heard back. Below are pictures we took as we sorted through them.
