Pens itself are ok but the packing method they use makes half of shipment disassemble and half of what I got was trash. I asked for replacement and they are sending.

there was an error and when i called to fix it they just wanted to give 10% off the next order when i can not use the current one it didnt say www.sjdflasjdfjsld.c not .com

I ordered pens. The ones that didn’t fall apart work fine. But they fall apart easily and when I opened package 1/4 of the pens were broken.

This is the second time I ordered these pens. A lot of them came in in pieces, when I called customer service the person I spoke to was nice however wanted a total of how many pens were not put together. I did not want to dump the box out to count so I was pretty much forced to make a estimated percentage on the spot. A credit of $10 was issued. Not sure if I will reorder from here again, I will probably shop around when its time for my next order.
