The pens ink seems a pit off. They are hard to get started and if you put them doen on your desk you have to start all over like the ink falls fast or somthing IDK. We have tried more then one in this batch and they are all the same.

The engraving is fantastic--very clear (even with tiny font) and doesn't come off (I scraped at it to test it out). The pen itself is fine, not great.

It's a nice pen. I ordered black ink but received blue; when I checked the receipt, it had blue on it. I only paid attention to the logo, church name, and address when I proofed. Overall, we are pleased with the pens.
