I like these pens but the last time I received my order there were broken pens, the outter layer peeled off a couple, and some had a different business imprinted. This time, the sales rep gave me a slight discount because last time I was upcharged to be able to see the imprint on the pink rose pens. I am still waiting to be contacted about compensation for what seemed to be inferer quality, broken, and labeled with a competing business. I have always been happy in the past and my clients like the pens.

We like the pins, however I ordered the plans in black ink and we got blue ink. We wanted to send them back, but it was too late. It was for a memorial for my wise, elderly aunt. We were very, very upset that we weren’t able to get the black ink. And I get what we want what we ordered.

Love how the pen feels in my hand, and the style. My only critique is that it's not a smooth flowing writing experience. You have to apply too much pressure or it's splotchy and inconsistent.
