The pens were not done correctly, even after I made it very clear in my request that they needed to contain blue ink. As for value, I think the "tariff charges" added onto the bills is completely ridiculous and is nothing more than your company dragging politics into your dealings with customers. I tried working with our rep to come to a solution for the pens so another order could be placed but, we could not agree on anything, so I asked for a full refund, which I still have not yet received.

I am very pleased with the product. The shipping was extreme with the cost being 50% of the pen cost. so 100 for the pens and 50 for shipping! The price of the pen is misleading and setup is extreme as well as there was no logo to download.

I think your company is a scam. First of all the text that was supposed to be engraved on the pen was spelt incorrectly. Secondly your customer service reps that I dealt with were very rude and unprofessional. And lastly, The engraving on the pen itself was so small that it was not even legible. I’ve asked four times to be taken off the mailing list and I keep getting emails. I’m going to keep leaving these reviews as long as you keep sending me opportunities.
