I previously ordered this pen and was not happy with the 3 lines of engraving - the print didn't show up clearly. This time I ordered it with 2 lines of engraving and it is much better! My clients like this pen. Note to pens.com - specify on the website option for this pen that it is recommended to have no more than 2 lines of engraving.

We are still having a billing issue. The person who asked me to buy the pens is charging me 30% more than your mailers and website. Plus there is a 10% tariff charge. We have email you 2-3 times to let you know that we will only pay the website or mailer price and not the additional 30% and we asked about the tariff charge but no one has answered our emails.
