I do not understand why you cannot keep the engraved image on hand. Why must I pay for the engraved image every time I order? It would seem to me that the memory to keep all images on file would be less than 1 terabyte. A company like yours ought to be able to afford the cost of a 1 terabyte drive on which to store all the engraved info forever, thereby making it cheaper for the buyer and easier for the employee responsible for making sure the graphic was properly loaded.
