I like the weight of the pen. However, some of my order had gel ink and I am not too fond of it. Otherwise, I do like the pens.

These pens have the quality and appeal that people look for in a pen. I have been ordering pens for years to pass out to my customers. Love the pens, however they skip writing and it is frustrating and time consuming to scribble until they start writing!

I have ordered pens from your company now for some time. I love your product. But the second last shipment I received had some pens that had the personalized sayings on the them unreadable. Once I was ask by several people, what is the saying suppose to say? Then I realized that some of the pens were unreadable and had to go through all of them before giving them out. When I reported this to customer service they just said it was over 30 days and there is nothing they can do. When you order 300 pens I don't think you should have to go through everyone and check them for this. Thanks Ralph

We like the design of the exterior of the pen with the textured barrel of the pen. Having a ball point regular ink is better because we are not seeing the smear of the ink that sometimes comes from using Gel pens.
