They sent a digital proof of the product in the color that we requested (ranger green) and then sent a product that was not even close to the color (gold). The bags came in too close to the event to reorder and they said they could t do the order requested. When I asked how come the proof was in the correct color they said the colors aren’t necessarily correct (then why do the proof)! They offered to give me 40% off instead of free or reprinting correctly. I’m still waiting for an acceptable resolution.

Handed them out to my Cub Scouts as a Welcome Back to a new year of Scouting. Hoping this will encourage them to bring their book and since it leaves their hands free, maybe they will remember to bring a water bottle to meetings. Can't attest to quality just yet, but great value for money!
