I ordered 2 hats, this one and a different one-size-fits-all type of hat. Other hat made of nice material and looks great including my logo. This hat is made of good material as well, but for some reason my logo on this hat turned out multiple standard deviations worse. Imagine a male lion in a suit. Logo on other hat has a nice variation of colors and clean lines. Logo on this hat merged colors (e.g., dark and light blue became all dark blue) and reduced lines (e.g., red flower with black outlined pedals became a red blob). Submitted the same image for both hats. Not sure why such a flop on this hat. I’m out about $35 ugh. Probably would like a simpler logo a lot more. Nice material including embroidery.

Arrived wrong(logo is on the bottom and smaller than the preview image), it's been weeks of arguing about replacing them with a properly centered/sized logo, and now I'm just interested in getting my money back and going somewhere else if this is going to take forever to replace them with good ones. Guess what, that's a hassle too just getting a refund. I'm resorting to contesting the charges with the bank and let you figure it out on your end. Your business model is terrible.

The custom stitching was mediocre at best. The deliver time was somewhat longer than represented. Overall, just not up to my expectations but passable and usable. I think if the order was for more than one unit, more attention would have been paid.
