My logo on this hat was crooked and letters were also off. I received an email and phone call and confirmed on both that I'd like a replacement hat be sent to me (they agreed) but I've been waiting over a month for a new hat.

When these arrived the embroidery of our logo was very low quality. The hats work however, so we plan on keeping them and using them for their original purpose.
