I am writing to update my previous one-star review of your pens. My initial feedback stated that the ink was skipping; however, after using them for a few weeks, I have found that they all write perfectly. I realize now that I should have tested more of the pens before posting my initial impressions. The pens look, feel, and write great. I have even shared them with my clients, and they love them. While I wish I had included a phone number under my name in the customization, I will be sure to look for that option next time. I highly recommend these pens and appreciate the quality of the product.

When I purchased these pens I went off a sample I received and they were amazingly smoothe to write with. When I received them all but 10 of them were clicked open and the inside of the box was all marked up from the pens. Now with the pens I have used they are not smoothe it's like the ink is dried and they are just not the same as the ones that I've used in the past. I am just not like the ways these write. Please assist me with this problem.

Have order several times. Just should've paid better attention to color of ink. I also don’t understand why you have to pay the set fee, if you’ve bought them before and it was the same inscription.

Hello, I loved the amount of care the representative took to ensure that I was designing my pen order correctly. So patient. However, I did think the ink print on the pens would be a lot darker. The design was perfect and the color yellow pen was simply beautiful. I will be calling your office soon. Thank you.
