Nice pen at a nice price. The stylus seems small and I do also prefer a heavier weighted pen, but this one is very light. These are personal preferences and I mention these things in case another buyer has the same preferences. I would buy this particular pen again, but only because the pen I usually buy has gone up significantly in price.

I was as looking for a less expensive option to try initially for promotional purposes and was happy with the colors and design of the product. The quality seems a little bit on the lower side but I would assume that is expected from the price point.

I picked this style of pen because the "Jigsaw" on the pen looked more like the tread on a tire and I manage an auto repair facility. everyone who sees the pens so far thinks that I am so clever for ordering a pen with a tread pattern on it :) The pens are lightweight, sturdy and write really well. I'll definitely reorder if this style is still available when it's time!

I was not happy with my order, I called national Penn and they couldn't do anything for me even though they guaranteed their work they said they couldn't help me. But I did not order the one they sent. I ordered multi colors and the description in the invoice was full color, so I thought that was the same thing and then I've got some other dark gray color that I didn't like because you couldn't see my name on the pin And I would've never ordered that if I couldn't see my name on it, but there was nothing they can do so I gotta deal with it so I'm not gonna give you a good review. I've been using y'all for years so that means anything.

Logo on the pen was blurry and unreadable. logo also had white pixels on the edges, there was not shown on the proof or disclaim that they may be present during the printing process. 11 out of the 100 pens orders were either missing letters or numbers on the text.
