Unfortunately the logo I approved was in white ink - the logo came in black ink and unable to see the logo . After multiple call and pictures I was reimbursed - and I am grateful. Will pain to consider evaluation.

The product is very nice and has been received well from our customers. My problem is that the base price was $259 and it ended up costing me almost $400 when adding shipping, tax, setup and tariffs. Although I understand these are necessary charges (mostly), I felt they should have been disclosed at the outset. There are enough ad specialty companies out there that will take my business and be much more upfront about the costs. Sorry to leave you, but it shouldn't have happened this way. I welcome any feedback.
