Didn't see there was a charge for typesetting, I would think that was an obvious need and the typesetting service not to be up charged. Shipping was outrageous. Although the pens are great the additional charges make this not a good value.

For each order submitted with us there will be a set up charge which is to manually personalize each products. We do offer discounts on these from time to time on these.
Excellent pens! My only hiccup was the delay in applying an agreed-upon discount promptly, but it was eventually rectified, and the product is top-notch. Will eventually reorder, clients just love these pens. (They refer to them as "Stanley Cup" pens; they are similarly shaped)

I really like how my order turned out. The pens write smoothly and they have a little weight to them but aren’t as heavy as a metal pen. My logo looks great!
