These pens look GREAT!.... unfortunately when we write with them they skip and stop writing. We are working with pens.com to resolve the issue. They have asked for a video of us writing with the pens to prove they are not working.... that is taking us a while.

Great looking pens, but I have had a few complaints! Seems the pens tend to skip a bit. I've had the same issue myself. Get half way through a sentence I have to scribble a little to get the ink running again. Not as sweet as the gel pens I have ordered in the past. Over all, I think they're a decent product. Just wish they didn't skip. Hope it doesn't hurt my business!

The stylist ball sometimes won’t write on some surfaces until prompted on a separate page and the company logo print is just a little too small. Otherwise l have never received any complaints from gifting this product. Looks great.

Love everything about this pen. Only negative is that it only comes in black ink and I need blue ink.
