All of the boxes (6) had pens that were leaking ink due to the pens being clicked exposing the tips as well as the plastic that covers the tips missing on many pens. As a result of the mess, we had to wipe all 2700 pens to get the ink off so when we give them to a customer their hands wouldn't have ink on them. That process took roughly 3 hours. I have attached two of the open boxes so it can be seen that ink was everywhere. All boxes were bad, I just didn't take a pic of all the boxes.
