I wanted the gel pen refills, but accidentally ordered ball point refills. They do not have a return policy. Followed up via email multiple times, with no success

The ink in gel refills is amazing! Unfortunately, these refills do not fit our pens.com pens and we were not allowed to exchange them. So, we are stuck with a box of refills that we can't use and are out the money we spent for said refills. Recommendation: It's ok to buy the pens, but DO NOT bother with the refills.

These pens and refills are for a meeting in June. I tried one and they write clean and precise. Love them and I'm sure the recipients will as well.
