The key chains were nice but I didn't like having to pay for a tariff charge. Shipping was expensive enough we shouldn't have to pay for extra charges.

Cute little flashlight. A few turned on during shipping. Batteries ran down on these. Pens.com refunded the cost of those flashlights.

My issue was during shipping, or somewhere in the process of packaging and shipping, dozens of the flashlights were turned on, leaving the power to be wasted. I was not offered any discount or even told SORRY. I was told that I’d need to prove that the power in these lights was diminished.. I guess I’d have to hire a research team or something to prove this. Pens.com doesn’t take very good care of the customer. After submitting this review, I was again contacted by pens.com and they still require me to submit proof that the battery in these lights, that spent several days powered on during shipping, have diminished in power. What a shame. I advised the company that I will never do business with them again. They didn’t seem to care at all. What an attitude the customer service team has. I’d advise that you find a good company to do business with NOT THIS ONE!
