We called the company and ordered two orders on August 35, paid for them and confirmed and was assured that they would be delivered in 4 days. Paid excessive charge and order was placed at 9:28.42 a.m. The pens arrived on September 2nd and the LED Flashlight Key Ring arrived on August 4, this is after we were explicitly guaranteed to have the merchandise at the end of August. When called we were told they had been shipped, but they had not left the warehouse. We missed our target and will not use Pens.com again.
