The pens are a good quality and everyone loves them. The only part I don’t like is that I purchase often and always have to pay a set up fee every time. I would think that I would already have a set up in place with as much as I by.

Pens.com did a fantastic job with the pens delivery and the designs that were provided. Only issue is that pens were not available in Purple (our company's theme). Everything else was great!

These are great quality pens. The only thing that I will critique is the lack of the pink pens. There is an abundance of all the other colors but pink.
