Very impressed with your expedient response to replace the missing units. The only disappointment was that the gift boxes were not included, which came with a previous order through another affiliated company. When I inquired about the gift boxes, I was told that I did not ask for them when I placed the order. In my mind ordering more than 300 units will definitely be considered gift items and will be given gift boxes especially when they were provided in another order. I ended up having to order them separately. All in all I appreciate your cordial and helpful service. Thank you!
