The clients we were marketing to loved the first order of these pens so much, they requested more. We had to place a second order for them. The staff at Pens.com were very helpful with our reorder making sure our logo and information on the pens looked great.

I really love it, the price is great but shipping is really killing me, i would order more product if the shipping wasnt that expensive

PEN QUALITY IS GOOD, ONLY BAD THING IS INK GOES OFF EVERY ONCE AND THEN COMES BACK.

Very nice quality pen. From the time pens were ordered to delivery was fantastic.Price was affordable. Only thing that could be changed is not to be bombarded with emails. I know where I ordered from . I like the pens. If service is great, quality is excellent I know that I will be a returning customer I don't need multiple emails a day. A thank you for ordering email then maybe a sale reminder once a month would be plenty. .

The pen is fantastic, writes like a dream...smooth flow, medium point. My complaint is that the imprinting is blurry. You can still make it all out but it's definitely blurry. Disappointing.
