The ink was rubbed off. Some numbers are missing on a lot of the pens probably one out of every three you can’t read the phone number or the company name. Don’t know if it happens in shipping, but it is white ink on a black pen. Dissapointed

The pens look good and I like the way it writes but approximately 20% of the pens had come apart and needed to be reassembled.
