Completely frustrated and I have not been able to even call. The lettering on my jacket was not done in white! It was the same color of jacket therefore my logo isn’t seen. So frustrating.

I really like the quality of the jacket BUT I ordered a larger size so I could layer under in colder weather and it is way too small and I’m not even able to wear the jacket. Sizing is WAY OFF!!! Not happy about that. So now I just have an ornament and no jacket.
