Many of the pens won't write. , the shape of the pen is very slender, so the logo is too small to be legible. I will not buy this type of pen again.

The quality is poor and the silver paint is marked/chipped in the same place on all of the pens, which indicates that it was a flaw during the personalization process. We most likely will not order these pens again.

It is a very cheap plastic pen and so much so that I am embarassed to give them to my clients. I called pens.com and received very little satisfaction. I ordinarily would not leave a negative review but I received a ton of email requests to do so. Here it is... don't buy these pens if you have a professional business.
