The product itself is nice. It's comfortable, smooth, and works well. However, it is the color I had a problem with. As it states in my picture, it should be "pink", and it looks to be a type of hot pink which is what I needed. But what I got is raspberry... I did ask the company about it, and they sent me a couple of emails asking for photos etc. I sent them about two weeks ago, but have yet to hear back. So I am writing this review without any kind of response from Pens. Below is what I was expecting, and then what I received, So if you want these glasses, see if you can get a sample for color if you are looking for something specific.
