We've used these pens for YEARS and our team and customers have always loved them. But on our most recent order, not only was blue ink no longer available, but the black ink inserts that we had to get are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. One out of every 3-5 pens doesn't write AT ALL. That's after scribbling to make sure the ink has started, writing on different types of paper and different surfaces. Not only am I calling the company to complain, but I will NEVER buy these pens again.

The pens are great. We used to get other pens from you that are no longer made and we could get an assortment of colors. I looked for ways to get an assortment of colors for these pens but did not see a way to do that so I had to make 5 different orders, one for each color. That meant I couldn't get the discount for the number of pens I got. It would be nice to have that option.

I always have clients tell me they love these pens. So I get them every year. Never had a problem before but this year. I did have about 30 that didn’t click very well , not sure why but I went through all 250 to make sure they worked. Just wanted to let you know.

Pen is fine engraving is not good. Supposedly they were going to redo it. I haven’t seen anything yet:/
