The products and service from Pens.com are mostly good, BUT THIS PRODUCT CAME DEFECTIVE. When I filed a complaint, they withheld my money. Because, according to them, this was produced by another company. I am still waiting for my refund. My experience with the note pads has been very bad. See the photos. Everything was poorly printed despite us providing them with a vector file. I'm just waiting one more day; tomorrow I'm going to the bank to claim my money.

Nice little give way pads for our vacation rentals. Good quality paper, printing and binding. Combine with a pen order and one gets a value packed reminder of our business to take with them that lasts a while and will most likely be used over time.
