They came out great the printing is crisp and readable. the pen wasn't as flexible as i thought it would be.

The product was customized to my specifications. The items arrived in a timely manner. The pens were placed in gift bags and the recipients of them loved their pens!

Not happy with this product!every time you try to write the top wants to pop off and the bottom comes unscrewed easily i can barely see the writing on the pen as well

The pens themselves write beautifully; the only flaw I discovered is that if you press too hard while writing, they chip at the tip of the pen, resulting in unstable writing. It could have been my mistake, but the color I chose did not complement the writing; the pen is green, and the logo is black, making it difficult to read or even miss that there is writing on the pen completely missing the logo.

The pen itself is great. However, the wording is hard to read. The proof that was sent over looked good and legible.... but when we received our pens, it was hard to read and we are disappointed.
