Very happy with the product, very unhappy with your customer service. Moments after ordering, I realized I hadn't ordered the correct color & immediately emailed through 'contact us' I referenced order # & contact info. I rec'd a reply stating the order would need to be cancelled & reordered & you would await a reply. I replied stating, yes please cancel & 2 days later, I received the original order (wrong color) via UPS. Unfortunate that you didn't seem to follow through on what I was told.....

Like the product, but assorted should be mixed not 90 blue and 3 orange 3 red and 4 green

The pens are very nice quality. The imprinting on most pens look scratched and are coming off. The pen barel is rounded and the imprint does not hold.

I was a little disappointed in the quality of these pens. Even though my information was typed up correctly but it is missing some characters on some pens and some of them have smeared imprint. Plus quite a few pens were simply crooked and are not usable. They also only came in red, purple and black color and look nothing like the picture advertised. Pens writes ok and I will still use them but I will not be reordering this product anymore.
