These are our favorite pens to order! We like the color selection and these pens work well. We have not had a pen malfunction since we have been ordering them. Other than hidden cost added to pricing, they are excellent to deal with. Product is everything it's represented to be.. But the overall cost per pen is not exactly disclosed until final payment time.. That I do not appreciate. Now you have my review

As usual the pens are easy to order . Customer service is always available yet very rarely fixes the problem- always a handful of pens in the bottom of box that are not assembled
