I’ve ordered these pens twice now. They write decently well and the first time the printing came out perfect. The 2nd time, it’s been a train wreck and pens.com has yet to make it right at all! It’s been 3 weeks of them telling me that it is still under review. I gut sick of working and filed a chargeback. You’ve lost this small business owners business for life. Stand behind your protect or quit.
