To clarify, there were courier availability issues in the region around the time of dispatch. We arranged an alternative courier on 16 September, and the parcel had to be routed via Kolkata, which unfortunately caused additional delays. The tracking now shows the parcel has reached your location HUB, and we have already escalated this matter with the courier company for immediate delivery.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to push the courier until your order is delivered. Please rest assured, this delay is not a usual experience with us.
