Quality products, good selection and a fast delivery.

I placed an order on September 5th, and the money was deducted from my account immediately. I received a GLS tracking ID that always said GLS had not received the package. I emailed the seller on September 10th, only to receive a response claiming the package would arrive the next day. Of course, it never did, and the tracking status stayed the same.

After that, they completely stopped replying to my emails. I tried to contact them again and again, but was ignored. On September 13th, I called them and was finally told the package was "lost" and that they would resend it by the 16th or 17th. Unsurprisingly, nothing ever arrived, and they once again ignored all my email requests for cancellation and a refund.

What makes this situation even worse is that after multiple calls, I was only able to reach them once. The person who answered claimed they "did not understand English" and told me to email them. As expected, they never replied.

As of today, September 23rd, I have lost my money and am left with nothing but frustration. No refund, no package, and no customer service—just complete radio silence. Their handling of this entire situation has been beyond unprofessional; it feels fraudulent.

What’s worse, I suspect their positive reviews on Trustpilot are fake. Based on my experience, I don’t believe for a second that other customers are genuinely satisfied.

Do not make the same mistake I did—stay far away from this seller unless you want to lose your money.

Nice and customer friendly customer service who actually answered the phone quickly (which is to be appreciated nowadays) and informed that shipping choice from the Netherlands to Denmark is GLS which I was very pleased to learn. I ordered the pen I wanted and within a day and 20 hours I received the parcel at my doorstep. Excellent service and brilliant delivery.

I ordered a set of Waterman pens on this site. I am very satisfied with the quality of the delivery. The pens are perfect, the packaging was faultless and the delivery on time. Thanks to Penshop NL !

Bought 2 pens on 6 December expecting to receive it early as Christmas Gift.

Contacted the buyer 2 times, and they said they dispatched the package on 6 December and should receive it on 1 week.

Guess what, 24 December I get an update saying that it was sent to Portugal (My country), so the package was sitting 2 weeks without any type of info or dispatching.
28 of December, and the package is still on transport for Portugal, guess they sent it the other way of the globe taking in account the time the package is taking to reach Portugal.

At this time I had to request a refund, because this type of service is unnaceptable at any standard.
