The pen came exactly as I had ordered it, and very quickly, too. It's beautiful and a perfect gift for a writer. I ordered a ballpoint pen and it was a tad squeaky, so we put some WD-40 in it and it's now super smooth :-) The box is also snazzy. Nice materials and look.

Had a problem with the pen, They asked me to send it back so they could fix the issue, after first giving advice I could try at home, including offering to pay the postage.
Truly great service. You can buy from here with confidence. Unlike many modern companies their service does not stop once they have your money!

Order never arrived
I have ordered a product 26 january which never arrived. I also sent 2 emails asking for updates and in both were given different expectable times for deliver. I feel like I am not the only one with these kind of troubles, so be aware before buy in this company.

very quick with sending packages
Ordered 1 engraved pen late in the evening which got sent pretty soon the day after. It wasn't clear whether the package fitted in the mailslot or was going to be delivered but it in the middle of christmas where a lot of packages are delivered the pen still arrived within 2 days of ordering.

I made an order of a number of pens laser engraved with a logo. E-mail responses were reasonably fast, provided I sent reminder e-mails several times. After I paid the order I received the pens after 3 business days. Engraving seems to be of good quality, but haven't had it for long enough to judge longevity.

Avoid buying from them, lousy customer service and enormous waiting time.
Bought 2 pens on 6 December expecting to receive it early as Christmas Gift.
Contacted the buyer 2 times, and they said they dispatched the package on 6 December and should receive it on 1 week.
Guess what, 24 December I get an update saying that it was sent to Portugal (My country), so the package was sitting 2 weeks without any type of info or dispatching.
28 of December, and the package is still on transport for Portugal, guess they sent it the other way of the globe taking in account the time the package is taking to reach Portugal.
At this time I had to request a refund, because this type of service is unnaceptable at any standard.
