I had a prompt reply to my enquiry. I was offered a face-to-face or a telephone appointment, at my convenience. I do not remember the name of the man who phoned me, but he was courteous, did not take up too much time (I was at work, but was ableto take the call) and straight to the point. I have no complaint about the service.
