Greg is very professional and understanding and patient in his support. And even though in my case there wasn’t any financial gain it certainly wasn’t from lack of trying. In my case we were tracking back to 1993 and investigating my FSAVC as it was passed on through four different companies. Greg kept me informed all the way through the process. Very clear guidance about fees.
